Frequently Asked Questions

Themes are updated every morning at 6:00 AM. A new theme is delivered at 6:00 AM in each user's local time zone.

Generally, one theme is given per day. This may vary by country or region.

Themes are determined by the SnooQ team, so they cannot be skipped or changed. Whether or not you post is entirely up to you.

Each theme is active for 24 hours, so please post within that day. We plan to add a feature in the future that lets you post for missed themes.

Yes. You will receive a push notification when a new theme is posted. You can turn notifications on or off in the Notifications settings within the app.

You can post photos taken that day or choose existing photos from your camera roll.

You can post one photo per theme. Inspire posts are also limited to one photo each.

You can edit captions. Other editing features such as cropping and filters are planned for future updates.

You can delete a post. Once deleted, your daily post limit resets and you can post again for the same theme.

Yes. You can switch your account between public and private from your profile screen. When your account is private, only approved followers can view your posts.

Inspire is a feature that lets you create a post inspired by a friend's post. When you can't think of what to post for a theme, a friend's post can spark your own creativity.

You can only Inspire from posts by friends you follow. Your timeline only shows posts from friends you follow.

You can view the Inspire chain as it existed at the time you tapped it. Future derivatives will not be shown.

Even if the original post is deleted, any Inspire posts derived from it will remain.

Yes. The original poster will be notified.

Public accounts do not require approval — anyone can follow them. Private accounts require approval to follow.

Yes. When you block a user, they will no longer be able to view your posts.

Yes. Muting a user hides their posts and notifications from your feed.

There are notifications for new themes, likes, comments, Inspire activity, new followers, and more.

Yes. You can toggle each type of notification on or off in the Notifications settings within the app.

Yes, there is a report feature. The reported user or post owner will not be notified. Reports are reviewed by our team, and appropriate action will be taken.

SnooQ is intended for users aged 13 and above, in accordance with social media regulations in each country. Age requirements may vary by region.

Yes, you can change them. There is no limit on the number of changes.

If you log in with email, tap "Forgot your password?" on the login screen to proceed to the password reset page.

You can delete your account from the settings within the app. After entering your password, your account will be deleted immediately.

SnooQ supports English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Traditional & Simplified), French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, Indonesian, and many more.

Yes. You can change your time zone from the settings screen. Theme update times and notification schedules will adjust accordingly.
